Serve God First. Do not live for the flesh, live for God. I used to be steeped in the New age Spirituality stuff, and now I realize that the new age stuff is not in alignment with serving God first. I used to teach people they are powerful creators, and now I realize I was deceived. Lucifer was the fallen angel who wanted to be God, he was egotistical. Much of The New Age Spirituality movement is full of half-truths to better deceive you. The new age spirituality movement creates selfishness and teaches you to focus on stuff you want in this life. It teaches you that you are a powerful creator, that you are God when in reality, you are a server, not a creator. Very few teachers in the new age spiritual movement teach you to serve God and serve humanity, over your self. They are all about getting, attracting, and the material world, just like that fallen angel dude I warned about above. I have read every new age self-help book out there, they teach self-care, rather than giving to others, sounds like the fallen angel…huh? I am not making this up, this is written in the Bible from thousands of years ago. Yet if you dismiss the Bible, as I once did, then you are unaware of the warnings, like I was. Luckily, it is not too late. If you just care for yourself all the time, you are left hollow within. You did not come to this planet to just take care of yourself. We came here to serve others. There are powerful resources out there for you. I suggest checking out Doreen Virtues new book titled The Joy of Jesus. Being a Spiritual seeking slut (what I used to be) is exhausting, and full of booby traps. We are in spiritual warfare, as the devil wants to consume your human soul, and Jesus wants to save your soul so we can live eternally in the Kingdom of Heaven. Again, I know this sounds crazy if you’ve never read that old book, the Bible. We have free will in this life, we have the opportunity to choose, cause God only wants us in the kingdom of heaven if we want to be there. Do not get the creator mixed us with the creation. The universe is not God, God created the Universe. I hope this message will help you. There is another fabulous book from C.S. Lewis titled The Screwtape Letters, which outlines what I am speaking of here in great depth.
